Dr. El-Juaneh, born in Vienna in 1979, has more than 20 years of experience in real estate transactions and condominium formations and amendments. Thanks to his expertise, he advises sellers and buyers of apartments, property developers, property managers, apartment and real estate owners, landlords, and tenants. He specializes in particular in contentious tenancy and residential law.
He is also an excellent and assertive litigator, particularly in general civil and corporate law. He manages the feat of accompanying his clients from the initial meeting and information gathering, the strategy definition for the process through to successful enforcement with a great deal of empathy - while at the same time being tough and quick-witted towards the opposing party.
Since 2013, he has also been working as a lecturer at a university of applied sciences in the subjects of private law and corporate law.
