Peter Bubits, CSE, born in 1969, has been working as a lawyer for over two decades. After his education at the HLBLA Francisco-Josephinum, where he was awarded the title of agricultural engineer in 1991, he studied law at the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 1996) and then worked in his parents' farming business before entering the legal profession in 2001.
He specializes in family and divorce law, real estate and inheritance law, general contract, compensation and insolvency law as well as legal advice on agricultural issues. Thanks to his practical experience and his keen understanding of economic and family relationships, he offers his clients holistic, solution-oriented advice - from drafting contracts to legal enforcement.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Ing. Mag. Bubits is chairman of Raiffeisen Regionalbank Mödling and a member of the board of the alumni association of HBLFA Francisco Josephinum Wieselburg. He is a Certified Supervisory Expert (CSE), an avid traveler, and a member of the Lions Club Biedermannsdorf. He is married and has two sons.
He speaks German and English.
