Mag. Dr. Richard Krist, CSE, born in 1966, has been working as a lawyer for over 25 years. After studying law at the University of Vienna (Dr. iur 1994) and commercial sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, he was an assistant and lecturer at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna.
His practice focuses on commercial administrative law, particularly construction and regional planning law, public procurement law, real estate law in the broadest sense, as well as contract and EU law. Thanks to his extensive expertise, he provides equally competent support to local authorities (primarily municipalities), companies, public contracting authorities, and private individuals in the drafting and enforcement of complex legal matters.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Dr. Krist is a member of the examination board for the bar exam at the Vienna Higher Regional Court, chairman of the supervisory board and audit committee of Raiffeisen Regionalbank Mödling eGen, and lecturer in banking law at Raiffeisen Campus. He is a Certified Supervisory Expert (CSE).
Dr. Krist speaks German, English, and French. He is the father of a daughter and now also the proud grandfather of a grandson.
