Ownership includes the airspace above in a vertical line, insofar as the landowner objectively has the possibility to intervene, whereby a safety distance must also be maintained. The right of ownership is infringed by, for example, a tower crane towering over one's own property.
Administrative law imposes certain restrictions on this right, e.g. on the basis of the Aviation Act, which regulates the free use of airspace by aircraft.
