Dr. Carina Romanek

Dr. Romanek, born 1986 in Vienna, has been advising and representing entrepreneurs and private investors in the areas of civil, corporate and administrative law for over 12 years.

She supports real estate projects throughout the entire project cycle - from zoning and approval procedures, conducting legal real estate due diligence to assisting with the submission of offers and enforcing warranty claims and claims for damages in connection with construction defects. Even after completion of the construction projects, she takes care of the drafting and fiduciary handling of purchase agreements and the possible sale of the properties. Other property transactions such as company purchase agreements, gift agreements, testamentary dispositions and marriage contracts to regulate real estate assets are also among her areas of responsibility.
