Dr. El-Juaneh, born in Vienna in 1979, has more than 15 years of experience in real estate transactions and the establishment of condominium ownership and modification parification. Based on his expertise, he advises sellers and purchasers of apartments, property developers, property management companies, apartment and property owners, landlords and tenants. His particular specialization lies in litigious tenancy and housing law.
He is also an excellent and assertive litigator, particularly in general civil and corporate law.
